We would like to invite you to join MusicEdConnect.com and showcase your business to the world! Our goal is to bring a national conference to teachers via the Internet, including both educational presentations and showcases, and an on-line exhibit hall. This will allow those who cannot normally afford to attend a national conference due to travel expenses the opportunity to attend sessions and will offer teachers who normally attend conferences an opportunity to learn more. In our first year alone, over 250 people participated from 40+ states in the United States plus 8 other countries; we expect 2015 to be even bigger!
While our goal is to present sessions live and encourage attendees and presenters to communicate during the sessions, all sessions will be recorded and subscribers will be able to watch sessions on-demand at a later date for an entire year. We are already creating a line-up of impressive nationally known speakers.
MusicEdConnect.com is currently looking for exhibitors for our on-line exhibit hall at the first conference, scheduled for February 4-7, 2015. Exhibitors will each have a space on the MusicEdConnect.com website with the following:
- A video welcome/ introduction/ tour of products
- A PDF brochure or catalog
- Link to your website
- Link to a contact a company representative (e-mail) for attendees to contact with questions
- Coupon Codes
- ..and more
While the exhibit hall will be open 24-hours per day, 365 days per year, we have specific time set aside during the conference for only exhibitors and networking. We have solved the issue of lack of exhibit time and too many sessions going on competing for an attendee’s time. In addition, your company will be featured in newsletters, posts, and/or blogs.
For just $299, your exhibit will be open from Feb 4, 2014 to February 1, 2015 for both attendees of the live conference plus those who choose to join at a later date. It also allows attendees to re-visit the exhibit hall at any time during the year. You will also be able to update your exhibit once during the year at no charge. Includes one registration to the conference. Each exhibitor will be given a coupon code. Each time an attendee registers using this coupon code, you will receive a $10 credit towards your exhibit, up to $299; therefore, you could get your exhibit for free!
A limited number of showcase sessions are available for $199. Showcases will be presented live during the conference plus recorded for on-demand viewing at a later date for an entire year for attendees or those who may choose to attend the conference on-demand only at a later date. In order to present a showcase, you must also be an exhibitor.
